OPEN-CONCEPT COLUMN-FREE OFFICE SPACE

A column-free design with pillars spaced 9 meters apart along the periphery of the glass curtain wall and precision construction which creates a highly efficient office space, allowing for an open view and flexible spatial needs of various businesses.

FLOOR LOADING

LARGE CAPACITY CARRYING EXTRA-HEAVY LOADING REQUIREMENT

The standard floor loading of BFC twin towers is approximately 400 kg/㎡ and can carry up to 700 kg/㎡ in a specially reserved area. High standard technical reserve to accommodate future extra-heavy loading needs.

ELEVATOR SYSTEM

HIGH-SPEED ENERGY EFFICIENT ELEVATORS

BFC Office Buildings are equipped with Schindler S7000 passenger elevators allowing for Grade-A energy efficiency and outfitted with Schindler’s PORT Destination Control System to ensure the safest and most efficient working environment for tenants.

POWER SYSTEM

DUAL POWER SUPPLY MULTIPLE PROTECTION WITH BACK-UP GENERATORS

Dual power supply protection provided by two parallel municipal 35KV lines with separate standby diesel generators to ensure emergency power supply. In addition, extra space is set aside for anchor tenants to install their own backup generators.

AIR PURIFICATION

FRESH AIR SYSTEM FOR A NATURAL AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT

A central air-conditioning system with centralized cooling and heating source and two modes of ventilation — Fan Coil System and Variable Air Volume System (VAV) — which effectively removes airborne particulates (PM2.5 removal up to approx. 90%), thereby increasing the oxygen capacity of indoor air to create a more natural and healthier office environment.

COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

STABLE FACILITIES CONVENIENT COMMUNICATIONS

Three telecom operators — China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile — provide vertical generic cabling using single-mode fiber along with various advanced facility, technology, and communication system. Facility management is provided by a professional team to offer the most convenient business environment.
