The DA VITTORIO restaurant was founded in 1966 by Vittorio and Bruna Cerea in Brusaporto, less than 50 kilometers from Milan, in the province of Bergamo in northern Italy. DA VITTORIO ’s ability to harmoniously balance between tradition and innovation earned it three Michelin stars in 2010, which the restaurant maintained to date.
DA VITTORIO SHANGHAI’s menu is designed by chef Chicco and chef Bobo, the famed duo from the Cerea family, and leaded by chef Stefano Bacchelli. The restaurant will also obtain the best and most seasonal ingredients, and perfectly replicates the gourmet originated from Bergamo, Italy.
